Leadership Masterclass – Summer 2026

Description

The DLI Summer Masterclass is an intensive, two-month, hybrid leadership development course designed for attorneys and staff in law firms and legal departments.  The 8-week course focuses on practical, learnable leadership and management skills applied in a legal context.  The course consists of:

• Online learning modules on 20 practical leadership topics
• Eight live cohort meetings via Zoom
• Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI II) Personality Assessment with a live (Zoom) cohort debrief
• Three one-on-one coaching calls to support participants in applying content
• Each participant will complete a personal leadership plan.
