Leadership for Lawyers llc.  provides training, coaching, and consulting in the areas of leadership development, innovation, and business development to law firms, legal departments and related professional associations.

One and two-day leadership workshops, either in-person or virtual.  

Custom Leadership Programs

Innovation and Design Thinking for Legal Training

We facilitate workshops that teach the Design Thinking process for those in the legal profession.  These workshops teach the five-step process though hands-on “hackathons” where participants learn by actually designing an innovative solution.  These workshops give participants insight into how “user-focused” design works for law firms and legal departments.  For more information, go to DesignThinkingLegal.com
